You will write a short term paper for this class. Your paper will be between 5 and 8 pages of text. If you

have graphs or illustrations in your paper, they do not count toward the page requirement. Your paper should deal with an area of organizational behavior. This is a research paper. You must have a minimum of 8 quality (academic) sources for your paper. Quality sources include books (other than your textbook) and journal articles. For the most part, webpages and white papers are not academic in nature and would not count toward the 8 source requirement.
