The State Department of Health has asked you to conduct a survey of registered dietitians regarding their perception of child and adolescent obesity in the state.
Step One:
Answer/complete the following:
The objective of the survey
At least one research question
The overall design of the survey
A proposed method of data collection
How you would determine sample size
Describe any limitations or bias that may occur
Create a five question survey
Step Two: Once you have completed your research, compile your data and create a cohesive and professional 3-5 page paper. At least two outside resources are required. Be sure to include your survey at the end.
