This paper should consist of two parts: one 300-word summary of the article “Why green climate gentrification threatens poor and vulnerable populations”, and one 750-1200-word rhetorical analysis of the article.

Among other things, the rhetorical analysis should touch on the: targeted audience(s), rhetorical purpose (what is the argument/ main idea?), the context, kairos, methods of argument (compare and contrast; argument and support; analogy, etc.), rhetorical devices used, how persuasive the article is, language, tone, viewpoint, logos, pathos and ethos.
