Assignment: Design a five year strategic plan for one of the four goals identified below to be implemented for a newly appointed college president of a hypothetical private, coeducational, historically Black four-year liberal arts college related to the United Methodist Church/African Methodist Church/United Church of Christ located in: Alabama, Arkansas or Mississippi. Commentary (with citation) should be provided to describe how recommendations would differ for a public HBCU. The plan should be typed using the 12 pitch Times New Roman font and be seven to nine pages in length plus a reference page with at least seven appropriate citations of research less than 12 years old.
