the crime rate than any single measure? Why/why not? Consider white-collar crime and severely
underreported crimes (like rape, incest, sex trafficking, etc.).
What are some of the new technologies used to fight crime?
How much does your state spend per prisoner/year? What is the condition of jails/prisons in the state?
Has the state legalized marijuana for recreational use? Has the state made an effort to release prisoners. who are in jail/prison for something that is now legal (marijuana)?
