Based on the Full Assessment you completed, develop an intervention plan that addresses all developmental domains, includes strategies to be implemented in the classroom, home and community. Interventions must be routines based and identify who will implement them, how they will be implemented, modifications needed, desired outcomes, materials needed.  The paper should be written using 12 point Times New Roman font, double spaced, with 1 inch margins. Spelling and punctuation will be graded.
