Write a paper about investing in bonds and stocks. We have discussed bond valuation and stock valuation. Separate your paper into two pages. One to discuss how to value bonds.  The second is how to value stocks. Do not value a particular stock or bond. Discuss how they are valued. Be sure to discuss real estate and how it can be used, conceptually, to value stocks and bonds. Be sure to mention interest rates, inflation, economic growth, and any other macroeconomic elements that may impact how these investment instruments are valued.
