Write your own NIL policy. Come up with at least 4 potential issues with NIL. Fully explain the issue and why you think it is important. Then draft a portion of an NIL law to address and alleviate the issue. Each issue should have its own heading. When you draft the policy for the issue, please draft a formal policy. There is at least on NIL Bill already on the moodle page for an example of how to do that. Do not simply say “I would make a rule that…” draft the actual rule.
