I am currently in the process of trying to develop a health promotion program plan for a non-profit agency that will contribute to a grant proposal that the agency could
hypothetically finalize and use to apply for funding. I have attached assignment 1 below which will give you a summary of my health program.

As for the essay, I need you to write 3 pages answering theses in regards to my program :
D. Educational and Ecological Assessment
This section identifies contributing underlying factors that contribute to the behavioral risk(s) you will address in
your program, and subsequently, the health problem. You will characterize these factors, prioritizing certain ones
(by dedicating more text) that are more significant and you will target in your program design. This section should
be highly persuasive that the underlying factors are problematic and justify the need for the proposed program.
Supported by relevant scientific literature, this section includes a synthesis of:
1. Predisposing, or intrapersonal, factors;
2. Reinforcing, or interpersonal, factors; and
3. Enabling factors or those related to services/programs/resources and individual skills/competencies.
** I have attached a document that is called conceptual model which has the predisposing, reinforcing, and enabling factors. use what is listed in those boxes.
E. Administrative and Policy Assessment
This section will look in at the agencys capacity for successful program implementation, as well as look out at
community resources that are available to address the problem (or highlight gaps that need filled if resources are
limited). This section will include:
1. Organizational Capacity: describe current organizational resources, skills, expertise, and/or community trust
that advocate for this organization as the ideal recipient of a grant for the proposed program; and
2. Community Analysis: assess current community programs, partnerships, services, resources to address the
need and existing gaps that need to be bridged.
