In the nuclear industry in particular, having a proper incident response could mean the difference between literally life and death, and/or severe economic damage. The same could be said for product security, which one could think of the adage an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure; when considering security products/services, ensuring that security is implemented from the ground up is important.

Instructions: create an ABSTRACT for a research paper on an incident response and/or product security topic that is related to or used within the nuclear industry. The research paper will explain incident response handling, incident coordination, and legal issues within the nuclear industry, analyze the various methods, tools, and best practices for responding to cyber security incidents and product vulnerabilities, and analyze real-world cases of networks intrusions and data theft and the strategies for notifying those affected by the incidents.
