You have been chosen to be a member of President Bidens Criminal Justice Reform Committee.  The President has requested that each member write one proposal that the member believes is an important step in reforming the countrys criminal justice system. The paper should be 5 pages in length, double-spaced, and APA format. Please describe your proposal in detail and utilize a minimum of three references to explain and argue why your proposal is necessary, how it should be implemented, and why it will successfully help to reform the criminal justice system.
