Juana says throughout much of The Pearl that the pearl is evil and that they should get rid of it.  Kino seems to disagree.  Write an essay about the advantages and disadvantages of being rich.  Use evidence from Steinbeck’s Pearl, and from two other resources from Gale Researcher to support your answer.  Make sure to include a Works Cited page.
