Discuss the advantages/disadvantages of having human resources management in small and entrepreneurial firms.
examples: advantages: intelligent workforce through training and development plans.
disadvantages: small firm may not be able to afford it and those who are entrepreneurial would be able to do so either because they are usually startup.
