The report is about Mathematical Finance. It should be an essay with 8 pages with double spacing, based on one of the following powerpoint files of your choice.

The report should contain a basic description of the underlying problem, its history, and more importantly, your understanding of the main contributions that the author of the slides and other authors made to the problem, and a brief description of the main results.

Please note that this is simply a REPORT, therefore it is not required to contain any creative research. It is expected, however, that the report should show your understanding of the underlying problem and contain a decent amount of “literature search”. Finally, the report should be written in a coherent, and professional (mathematical) way, rather than a simple cut and paste from the literature.
