Your writing portfolio should include a showcase essay which is a revised copy of your favorite formal essay (50 points), three printed journal entries (30 points),  the name of a favorite writing piece with a explanation of why you enjoyed this assignment (10 points), and the name of your least favorite writing piece with an explanation why you didn’t like compositing this writing assignment piece (10 points).  The entire portfolio is worth 100 points or 5 % of the course grade.  JM
