Follow up to last letter which was sent to Ms. X.
1) She invited me to reopen the case; instead, she is wobbling around.
2) To justify her unfairness and illegitimacy actions, she is using scapegoat who does not have no credibility and no competency to decide on that said matter. Injustice is injustice everywhere and whomever commits it to enfranchise an individual.  This is a very important matter; when injustice was done to someone, is not a slightly matter. I hope someone will hear me to find justice.
