I work as senior procurement in corporate procurement, in Saudi Arabia.
I have been asked about the communication issues that i have faced with contractor and consultant and how we can Developed our pre-qualification criteria to select consultants/contractors.

—THE Objective–
This initiative will enable Corporate Procurement to perform the bidding process in more efficient manner along with agility to select contractor and consultant in shorter time to overcome the challenges foreseen in the coming future.

—WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR:—
1- list 2 to 3 communication issue that procurement can face with consultants/contractors after hiring specially if they are international. 
2- suggested solution for the mention issue and how we can set criteria of not facing this issue in the future.
3- add the new suggested criteria on the TE.
