In the last module of this course, you will be asked to conduct an interview with a family member, friend or co-worker.  You should review the instructions for this Interview Project to familiarize yourself with the expectations.

The first step is for you to create and submit an informed consent document so that the person you interview can make an informed, voluntary decision to participate during the Interview Project.
