Insurance Terms and Reimbursement Levels
When considering contracting with an insurance company, providers often have to negotiate terms and reimbursement levels.  Most insurance companies base their policies on those established by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for reimbursement through Medicare and Medicaid coverages.
