Based on the assigned films and our textbook, explain the extent to which collective action was impeded by the free rider problem in either the democratic transition in Poland or Czechoslovakia. Whether you determine that the free rider problem was or was not a major obstacle that stood in the way of transition, you must explain why using evidence from our assigned films and key concepts in our textbook.
