1.How many total employees are at the hospital?
2.What benefits do they offer? Are there any benefits you perceive as omitted?
3.Are there different benefits offered to full-time, part-time, and hourly employees?
4.Do physicians receive the same benefits as other employees?
5.What information does the hospital share about their safety standards?
6.Can you find any record of their job hazard analysis reports or OSHA violations in the last 5 years? (Note: This most likely should be on their website, but look on the Internet also.)
7.Frequency/Severity of OSHA violations.
