While reading the book chapter, students should identify one human factors concept or theory that we have addressed in class (see the pdf file Automation) that contributed to the case study in The Atomic Chef assigned reading. Please sure to write about the identification and explicit definition of the concept for application!!

In the written assignment, you should define and describe at least two human factors concepts or theories, and then clearly and concisely explain how this concept and/or theory played a role in the success or failure of the system showcased in the Atomic Chef chapter.

Please read ATM (p. 144) and Negative Transfer (p.260) and write about them. You should write these two separately, please don’t combine them as one.
