The chapter review assignment, of 2 pages, will be on 1st chapter (Man of Mystery)  of the UWinnipeg ebook Alexander the Great and the Mystery of the Elephant Medallions (Frank L. Holt).

In your review, you should summarize 1) what the author of your argues and 2) what they are arguing against or building on. You should also mention some of the scholars associated with those positions. Finally, you should specify whether you find the argument of the chapter persuasive and justify why.

The review assignment should be structured like an essay, with introduction, body paragraphs and conclusion. At the start of your review, provide the full bibliographic reference for the chapter that you chose. Use footnotes to cite particular points by page number as you would in a regular essay and mention the works to which your author responds in-text or in footnotes. You may use  standard APA citation style.
