Groupthink is likely one of the greatest decision-making problems that teams face.  You are to research a historical event (e.g., invasion of Iraq due to WMD’s in 2002, Bay of Pigs, Challenger Shuttle disaster, Vietnam War) that is discussed on the internet in terms of groupthink. Explain how groupthink impacted the event. What were the fallacies of the arguments? How were the analyses correct?
