This is where you drive the conversation.  We are all in a different space with our faith. Wherever that place is it is important to know that we are in the exact place with our faith to make an impact on everyone around us including at an organizational level.  Take a moment to reflect where you are in your faith.

How can your introspection about your personal faith help you to drive positive change? 

Remember this is not a conversation about how strong your faith is.  This is a conversation about what we can do with what we have.  Where ever we are in our walk with God is a blessing and all things happen at the right time.
