Work Product Assignment: Confidentiality
The board of education has asked you to prepare a narrated presentation consisting of five PowerPoint or Google slides outlining what should be discussed at public meetings of the board and what should be discussed at executive sessions of the board.
In researching this, you might want to look at what are called Sunshine Laws. Those laws are related to what are also called Freedom of Information Laws (FOIL). As a district leader, you will focus on these things in the form of a presentation using slides. Be sure to include references.
